  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging (unused, unworn, and with all original tags/accessories).

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

 

Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

 

Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
